1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ranger Water Co website (rangerwaterco.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Description
Ranger Water Co provides water treatment system sales, installation, and maintenance services in Midland, Odessa, and surrounding Permian Basin communities. Our services include whole-home water softeners, filtration systems, reverse osmosis systems, and related equipment.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes provided through our website or by phone are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary based on on-site assessment, required installation work, and applicable add-ons. All prices are subject to change without notice. A written agreement will be provided before any installation work begins.
4. Installation
Free installation applies to standard installations within our service area. Additional charges may apply for non-standard installations, including but not limited to: homes without an existing water loop, trenching requirements, or unusual plumbing configurations. All additional charges will be disclosed before work begins.
5. Warranty
Ranger Water Co provides tiered warranty coverage for all systems we install: (1) Lifetime Warranty on system dry parts — all mechanical and non-consumable components that do not come into direct contact with water; (2) 5-Year Warranty on the control valve, circuit board, and filtration media, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions; (3) 1-Year Labor Warranty covering labor-related issues arising from the original installation. Coverage is valid only when the system is installed, operated, and maintained according to Ranger Water Co. guidelines. The warranty excludes damages caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or environmental factors such as flooding, freezing, or excessive contaminant levels. 6. Financing
Financing options are available through third-party financing providers. Financing terms, rates, and approval are subject to the financing provider's requirements. Financing arrangements must be completed prior to the scheduled installation date. Ranger Water Co is not a lender and is not responsible for financing decisions.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
Customers may cancel a scheduled installation with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a trip fee. Refund policies for equipment purchases will be provided in your written agreement.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ranger Water Co's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
9. Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Midland County, Texas.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
